Standard Possession Order (SPO) and Extended Standard Possession Order (ESPO) under Texas Family Code.

Standard Possession Order (SPO)

Father: Every Thursday 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Mother: All other times (primary residence)

Extended Possession (ESPO)

Father: 1st/3rd/5th Thu after school-Sun 6PM (+ Mon AM if no school) + 30 consecutive days summer (Jul 1-30, default). Weeks 2 & 4: every Thu after school (SPO). Mother: spring/winter break first half; summer remaining days (Jul 31 + Aug 1-2).

Mother: Remainder of time

Holiday Possession (§153.314)

Parents alternate holidays each year. Major holidays listed on calendar. Dad in odd years starts with New Year's Day & MLK Day; Mom in even years.
